At The HOPE Initiative, we understand the power of partnership and as a result, we thrive on cultivating meaningful and purposeful relationships with volunteers.

Volunteers play a critical role in the development of our youth and provide an additional support system to encourage each one of them to pursue his or her personal, academic and career goals.

The youth we serve benefit tremendously from interactions with volunteers who are usually business professionals and community leaders, however, anyone with a servant heart is welcome to join us as we aim to provide equal access to educational and workforce opportunities for individuals living in under-resourced communities.
